paprika dried mint, fennel and malt vinegar.

 

HARIYALI MACHLI

Grilled monkfish in a marinade of lime leaf, coriander, green chilli,

roasted gram flour and spices with fresh tomato pam sauce salsa.

 

BATTAK ACHARI

Tandoor grilled duck breast, marinated with ginger,

Chilli, yoghurt and cloves. Seasonal vegetables with tamarind sauce.

 

MURGH AHELI

Oven cooked fillet of chicken stuffed with lamb mincemeat in creamed fresh tomatoes

flavoured with fenugreek leaves, ginger and green chillies.

 

Served with bread basket and Basmati rice
